Summer Camp 2010

$150/week, Monday through Friday, 9:00-12:00 or choose a full day 9:00-3:00* for only $200/week (ask about discounts for multiple children or multiple weeks)

*Before-care and After-care available

Session 1: May 31 – June 4 - Special Boy Scouts session - Horsemanship Merit Badge

Session 2: June 7 – 11

Session 3: June 14 – 18

Session 4: June 21 – 25

Session 5: June 28 – July 2

Session 6: July 5 – 9

Session 7: July 12 – 16

Session 8: July 19 – 23

Session 9: July 26 – July 30

Session 10: August 2 – 6

BREVARD EQUESTRIAN CENTER HAS IT ALL FOR SUMMER CAMP!

Ride every day in our spacious covered riding arena.  Don’t worry about the weather or the heat.  Our covered riding arena allows us to conduct all lessons in the shade, out of the rain, with a lovely sea breeze!

1.Safe school horses for riders of all levels and abilities, both jumping and dressage as well as absolute beginners!

2.Covered pavilion for snacks, lunch, & arts and crafts time!  Bring  lunch M-Th, pizza provided on Friday!

3.Friendly and experienced staff teaching your children the abc’s of horsemanship, stable management, and riding!

4.Riders group based on both age and experience!

About the instruction

Lisa Smit is the head trainer at Brevard Equestrian Center with over 20 years experience.  She mentors each instructor and reviews lesson plans individually to ensure that each student receives a quality education.  Lisa is an accomplished rider, having competed through Grand Prix level dressage, earning her bronze, silver, and gold United States Dressage Federation medals. 

Want to jump?  Lisa has ridden open jumpers, has qualified for the equitation medal finals, and has competed through Training Level eventing!
